Optimization, Fixes and Menu system change

The menu system has had a large editor issue that started causing many crashes when working in the editor. This meant I needed to spend over a month deleting the menu system, audio, and language systems and then replacing them from scratch. This has caused some settings to have their saved amounts changed and visually look a little different. This could mean that some settings do not work as intended. If so, please report them, and they will be fixed as soon as possible.
When remaking some systems they were optimized to reduce CPU usage.
Optimized some texture sizes causing performance issues.
Improved CPU and memory usage of animals.
Recalculate pasture spawn as area size did not match max animal amount correctly.
Separated DLSS and frame generation into their own system.
Added permanent separate systems to communicate with updatable systems as to not override on updates.
Berry regrowth added to a separate file (Improved performance)
Improved click event.
Improved screen resolution system and fullscreen borderless and windowed systems.
Improved audio setting change responsiveness.
Improved close-up grass quality.
Improved save and loading settings.
Improved gatherer item respawning.
Improved mine delivery system.
Completed rubble rebuild for new buildings.
Added UE5 logo on intro.
Mass job overview has been disabled until fixed.
Fixed load information not saying correct temperature or difficulty.
Fixed weather multiplier.
Fixed destroy tool not removing trees around fields.
Fixed issue with watchtower.
Fixed house hud translation delay.
Fixed some menu translations.
Fixed issue with clipping construction.
Fixed housing category popup translation.
Fixed inability to cancel pasture and field destruction if the first corner hadn't been placed.
Fixed loading screen translation issue.
Fixed issue with river volume.
Fixed house refund amount for new jobs.
Fixed orchard being peaceable when invalid.
Fixed issue with destruction tool possibly giving extra resources.
Fixed issue with shaping that caused highlight issue.
Fixed issues with gather resources on initial spawn.
Fixed construction issue when clicking on people, trees, rocks and buildings.
